Debbie Hamilton
Financial Advisor

Debbie has been a Financial Advisor at SSB Investment Services at State Street Bank since 2004. Her office is located at State Street Bank, 48th & Broadway. Debbie started in the banking business in 1978 and became a financial advisor in 1992. She attended Unity High School and Western Illinois University. Debbie has volunteered as a loan executive for the United Way, the Quincy Public School Mentor program and is an active member of the Friends of the Performing Arts, Quincy Noon Kiwanis and Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce Women's Networking Group. Blake Carlin
Financial Advisor

Blake joined the SSB Investment Services alongside Debbie Hamilton at 48th & Broadway in 2021.  Blake may be a familiar face, he worked at State Street Bank as a teller during college before transferring to the University of Central Missouri to complete his degree.  After completing his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, he worked in St. Louis, MO for UBS Financial Services and King Wealth Management as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate.  Originally from LaGrange, MO, he and his wife decided to move back to the area to be closer to family.  Blake is passionate about helping his clients feel comfortable about their future financial goals and works side by side with clients to create a plan to achieve their goals. 

Valerie Wiewel
Office Administrator

Valerie joined SSB Investment Services in 2014 as the Office Administrator. She has almost 40 years of experience in banking and financial services. In addition to her job at SSB Investment Services, Valerie has been an elected member of her local township board for the past ten years.
