John started with State Street Bank & Trust Company in 1993. Since then, John has held many positions within the bank. John joined the Trust department in 2002 as the Assistant Trust Officer. He is a Cannon Financial Institute Trust School graduate and a member of the Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club for over 20 years. John also enjoys volunteering at Gardner Camp in Hull, IL, providing extraordinary outdoor educational opportunities for area youth.

Ceil Dix

Trust Administrative Assistant

Ceil joined State Street Bank in 1990. For the past 20 years, she has been an integral part of the Trust department as the Trust Administrative Assistant. Ceil has served on Transitions of Western Illinois Board, Blessed Sacrament School Board, and the Adams County 377 Board.

Kate joined the State Street Bank Trust department in 2023. She has over eight years of experience in Retail Banking and Bank Management. Kate graduated from Quincy University and obtained a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Webster University.
