How often must the qualifications be met to qualify for the rewards?

What happens if the qualifications for RealTunes Checking are not met?

• Your ATM Fees will not be refunded, and no monthly credits are earned; however, your RealTunes Checking account will still function as a free checking account.

If I meet the qualifications, when will I receive my rewards?

• ATM fees will be refunded on the last day of each statement cycle.

• Monthly credits earned in the statement cycle will be reimbursed at the end of the following statement cycle for purchases made with your RealTunes Checking Visa check card online up to the dollar amount earned and not expired.

How will I know that I have qualified for my rewards at the end of the statement cycle?

• An e-mail will be sent letting you know if you qualified for the rewards. An e-mail will also be sent letting you know if you did not qualify for the rewards and why.

If I use my check card at an ATM, will that transaction count toward my qualifications?

• No, the required check card transactions must be a purchase with a merchant (point of sale) to count toward the qualifications.

Is there a minimum balance requirement in order to receive my rewards?

How do I deposit money?

• Use Direct Deposit for your payroll or government checks; this gives you instant access to your funds without having to visit a branch. Many employers and most government agencies offer this free service. If your employer does offer Direct Deposit, great! They will have you fill out a simple form and you will be good to go.

• Wire transfer money from your current account into your newly opened account (contact State Street Bank for details.)

• Mail your checks to State Street Bank.

• Shortly after opening a RealTunes Checking account, State Street Bank sends you a free Visa check card. Use this card anywhere that accepts Visa.

• If you'd still like to use paper checks, just contact State Street Bank to get set up.

• RealTunes Checking also has free online banking. With online banking, you can access your account from anywhere you have an Internet connection. Bank online to pay bills, view account activity, transfer funds between accounts and confirm deposit amounts.
